Jilly Moore (Agent) - Jilly has worked in the industry for 25 years and took over running JGM 8 years ago when Judy Franklin retired.

Romany Hoyland (Assistant Agent) - Romany grew up in sunny Belgium and lived there for 18 years before joining the Year Out Drama Company in Stratford-Upon-Avon. She has a BA and MA in History from The University of Reading and an obsession with musical theatre. After working as a teacher in various European countries she started her career at Break A Leg Management and JLA.

Miranda Heffernan (Junior Assistant) - After graduating from Bristol University with a BA in Drama (2008), Miranda was snapped up by a Casting Director, whom she worked with for over a year. Since then, she has been employed on a freelance basis at many casting offices and agencies in London. She happily joined JGM in 2010

Carol Smith (Accounts) - Carol started in the industry working as the assistant accountant for a London production company and has been the accountant at JGM/Galloways One for the past 14 years.

Rachel Galloway (Admin) - Rachel has been working with the Company since its inception. Prior to that she worked for many years in promotions and modelling.
